While Pilates is excellent cross-conditioning for athletes of all ages, a number of our clients have sought us out after therapy or in conjunction with physical therapy or chiropractic care. We’re very familiar in dealing with post-injury and post natal populations, and those who are motivated to improve core strength and maintaining good habits of posture – for life!
We’re here to partner with you in advancing your health and fitness. For that reason, the Pilates sessions we offer are infused with a range of other disciplines and methods that enhance learning and coaching alike.
Our aim is to help you improve your quality of life through a dedicated movement practice. We want each and every client to find the road toward their optimal selves. And, we carry out this mission with care, creativity, and playful humor.
We strive to achieve the goal Joseph Pilates had in mind for his method: to “develop the body uniformly, correct posture, restore vitality, invigorate the mind and elevate the spirit.”

Group Reformer Classes
Our Group Reformer classes are listed in the online schedule and have no more than 4 people max. This environment creates a community of camaraderie, and allows for instructor guidance in an intimate group setting so you still receive individual attention. Train the body, align the back and neck, and challenge the deep core and balance. The studio equipment utilizes spring tension which offers the ability to challenge the body in resistance, while also providing support as you become proficient with the movements.
Reformer Intro Level Class
Perfect for those new to Pilates and have completed the Beginner Getting Started series, as well as those returning to Pilates practice from a break. Your instructor will lead you through an in-depth series of Pilates Reformer Level I Exercises. The class covers the integral nature of movement and breath while also introducing you to the Level I work. You will learn core Fundamentals and how to apply these to your workout. In the weeks that follow, as you become familiar with the base, you gradually broaden your Reformer repertoire, deepening the work in your core, and the understanding of applying that to movement in and outside of class.
Reformer Mixed Level Class
Mixed Level is for those who are well acquainted with the Pilates reformer and familiar with body alignment and the terminology used during a Pilates workout. Individuals should also be able to keep up with the pace and tempo of a class setting.
Experience Level
*Pre-requisite to joining a group class is the completion of either the Getting Started Private Package of 3 private sessions, or the Getting Started Intro Group Reformer series, so that you learn the proper breathing, alignment and are oriented to the equipment.
Semi-Private Sessions
Partner with a friend or family member and keep yourself motivated! Semi-private sessions (also referred to as Duets) are a great way to share Pilates with a work out “buddy.” Ideally each person in the Duet will have completed their First Visit Consultation. While you will be working out together, it’s still important for our instructors to establish individualized health history and goals that will be programmed into the session. By the way, Pilates was created by a man, originally for men – so it’s a great workout for them too!
As with Private Sessions, Duets can include the use of all Pilates equipment, mat and other props for challenging strength and coordination. Work outs may include interactive challenges between you and your partner, or depending on your experience level and skill – each person may be working on different pieces of equipment. You get to share your workout time with a friend, with personalized attention, in a cost-effective option.
Private Sessions
These sessions are tailored to your needs and your specific rehabilitative, sport or fitness goals. A Private is One Teacher with One Student. There may be more than one private session occurring in the studio at any given time.
Learn proper breathing, spinal alignment, mental focus, and body control. Sessions can include all Pilates equipment, also referred to as “apparatus”, as well as mat and other props for challenging strength and coordination.
Group Mat / Custom Class
Have your own group of 4 or more people? Ask us about availability to set up your private group mat class! Group Mat classes can be offered in periods of 6- or 10-week plans. We can set it up for Beginners or multi-level experience; or customize for Runners, Golfers, or your particular sport.

Group Reformer Sessions*
Our small Group Reformer Classes have a max of 4 students.

Group Class Package 1
- Attend Reformer Group Class 1x/week
- Register for a regular weekly day/time (i.e. Tuesdays at 6:30pm)
- 6 sessions: $180
Group Class Package 2
- Attend Reformer Group Class 2x/week
- Register for regular weekly days/times
- 8 sessions: $200

Semi-Private Sessions
“Buddy up” by partnering with a friend or family member to make it a Semi-Private (also called “Duet”) Session and keep yourself motivated!

Private 1-on-1 sessions are tailored to your needs and your specific rehabilitative, sport or fitness goals in a one-on-one setting.

Group Mat Class
You can start your own group with 4 or more people! A 6- or 10-week series program can be set up for your group.
