Flexibility Friday! -
A complimentary mini workshop on Friday, January 20th  12:00 – 12:45 pm 

Use your own body weight and a roller or other small apparatus to massage away restrictions in your body!   Learn about the benefits of myofacial relase to create flexibility and how to work on each part of the body.  During the session you will: 

  • Release commonly tight areas
  • Eliminate stress and tension commonly held in the body tissue
  • Improved overall flexibility
  • Learn a practice that will help you prevent injury

Pilates for Runners Workshop - Dates To Be Announced

Join us for a 2-hour workshop using Pilates Equipment exercises that focus on strengthening your core and improving your flexibility. The right combination will help prevent common runner injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, lower back pain, hip pain, and knee injuries.

Exercises will include the use of the Pilates Reformer, Chair and small props. In addition to the workout, participants will receive valuable take-home exercise tips designed to improve running performance and endurance with less pain and more enjoyment.

Are you new to Pilates? Or have you tried a Pilates video and weren’t sure you were doing the exercises correctly? Come to this class to get tips on how to get the most out the club’s group mat classes!
