Sample reformer classes are sometimes available for new clients.  Dates and availability vary.  Click the “Register Now” button to visit our Online for dates and times or call 630-481-6367 to inquire.

Reformer Class:  Train the body, align the back and neck, and challenge the deep core and balance. The studio equipment utilizes spring tension which offers the ability to challenge the body in resistance, while also providing support as you become proficient with the movements. View the Online schedule to register.

New Reformer Group Classes on the following days (subject to change based on class registration and expressed interest on days/times).  To reserve ahead, please call 630.481.6367 or e-mail us with your preferred times.

  • Monday mornings: 11:00am
    afternoon/evening: 
    12:00pm
  • Tuesday mornings: 6:00am, 
  • Wednesday mornings: 9:00am,  11:00am
    evening: 7:30pm
  • Thusday evening: 6:00pm
  • Saturday mornings: 11:00am

Pilates Circuit Mat Class:  This great new class adapts the traditional moves incorporating additional core strengthening and body conditioning at “stations,” where exercises will be assigned with different pieces of small equipment. You’ll leave class with improved posture, increased lung capacity, and strong, sculpted muscles. (All levels)  Registration online.

  • Thursdays 10:45am

Mat & Equipment Classes can be taken as a:

  • Private or Semi-Private: Lessons are tailored to your needs and your specific rehabilitative, sport or fitness goals in a one-on-one setting. Learn proper breathing spinal alignment, mental focus, and body control.
  • GroupSessions range from 3-6 people to offer individualized attention and modifications as may be needed in a group setting.
