Pilates is currently being used by people of all walks of life. Amateur to pro athletes, prenatal/postnatal women, teenagers to seniors. As Pilates is a non-impact form of exercise, it has become widely used in helping those who are post rehab to continue building strength and functionality.

At Embody Movement Pilates, instruction takes a balanced approach so that the body works as an efficient, holistic system in sports and daily activities. The focus is on quality of movement, leading one to feel invigorated after each session.
